Going to court for turn signal, loud exhaust, speed, court said they have it all on video. I requested the video I have not yet got it. I was wondering if they give me the video 5 days or so before my court date, Is there something I can do for a dismissal cents they did not give me a nuff time to build my case?
I hurd of this before was wondering what is called what do

Until you submit a subpoena for the tape they don’t have to give it to you. If they give it to you late, you can request a postponement, however they will not dismiss.

Your attorney might be able to view it, but there will be no copies made. You will not get the tape. They’ve got your loud exhaust on video? What db is acceptable, and what was the weather and so many other factors get them to throw that out. Having a turn signal out is a warning. Speeding on video? Speeding on radar maybe.
